The first group company was founded in April 23, 1996. Currently, the group unites 9 companies: JSC “Kleta”, JSC “BJK”, JSC “Vertus”, JSC “National Golf Resort” and etc.
During more than 20 years of its existence, the companies have gained experience in developing large commercial, administrative and residential projects in the Klaipėda city region and Vilnius.
Kleta Group is developing its activities purposefully and rapidly. The objective of the group is to analyze the real estate market, to find out the needs of consumers and to provide the public with a high quality, latest economic product that is consistent with the real estate market trends. Kleta Group contributes to the overall development of Klaipeda city infrastructure and encourages foreign investment in implementing its projects.
