The first group company was founded in April 23, 1996. Currently, the group unites 9 companies: JSC “BJK”, JSC “Vertus”, JSC “Sartė”, JSC “National Golf Resort” and etc.
Building was designed by architect Mihail Prozorov and was built in year 1897- 1898. Building has a unique neo-gothic architecture, typical of that time churches style.

Theatre
The building boasts an outstanding historical value of the most famous theatre hall – Vaidilos theatre, which has been reopened after renovation at the end of 2015 and has already hosted more than 150 events (concerts, performances, conferences and private parties).
